Elliott joined Toronto City Mission in 1999 as an Outreach Worker in the Willowtree community. He served as Director of Outreach, providing support and direction to TCM Outreach Workers, mentoring interns, and coordinating placement students. In September 2019, he was appointed as Executive Director.

Elliott hopes that with joy and integrity TCM will continue to shine God's love and goodness in each of our ministry communities!
