TCM Tidbit #12

In 1900, a young man from one of our provincial cities, who served a jail term of six months, professed conversion soon after being committed to jail.  On his discharge, he was sent home by us to his native city, and was welcomed at the railway station by his widowed Christian mother, and had since proved a great comfort to her.  Others have been put under the care of their pastor on their discharge, and several filled responsible positions, with credit to themselves and gratification to their friends.
