From Jr. camper to Jr. Intern
By: Michelle Lau - Outreach Worker in St. James Town
Throwback Thursday! We both look the same, just older lol.
I've known this young woman for 9 years, and she is still one of the sweetest people I know. She started off as a young camper, later became a TLC (Teens Leading Communities), and this year she is on staff as a Jr. Intern! This summer I have watched her step outside her comfort zone, try new things and excel at them.
Kim is just one of the kids that I have had the privilege of watching grow up. So many of our teen leaders started off as campers! It's really rewarding to watch our students discover their gifts and talents, and want to use those gifts for God's glory.
May God grant me many more years of witnessing the work he is doing in the lives of young people!
