Yogurt Parfait Recipes | Chantal | #30DaysofSonshine
Chantal first got involved with TCM as a camper and she participated in the afterschool programs in the St. James Town community. In 2017, she became a summer intern and continued to serve as a summer intern the next two years. Today, Chantal will teach us how to make a sweet summer snack or breakfast food that is easy to make! A yogurt parfait is the layering of yogurt, fruit, and cereal into a cup. It can be eaten immediately or put into a freezer for a cold snack.
What you will need:
Knife (for cutting the fruit)
A cup, you can also use a muffin tray or ice cube tray to mold your parfait into popsicle
A spoon or popsicle stick for popsicle
Yogurt (Chantal use 650g for about 6 parfait cup servings)
Fruit (strawberries, bananas, peaches, etc.)
Cereal or Granola (Rice Krispies, Cheerios, Frosted Flakes, etc.)
